Sports Travel and Hospitality – Henley Royal Regatta Promotion
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Overview
- The promoter of this promotion (“Promotion”) is Sports Travel and Hospitality Limited (“STH”).
- Individuals taking part in the Promotion (each a “User”) are deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions upon use of a Promotion Code.
Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to all people who follow the correct process that are residents within the United Kingdom and are aged 18 years or over.
- By entering the Promotion, Users confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to purchase a Henley Royal Regatta 2025 Fawley Meadows Lounge package (“Package”).
- There is a limit of one use of a Promotion Code per person.
Promotion
- The Promotion be live until 1 July 2025 or while stocks last.
- To take advantage of the Promotion, Users must enter the following codes at the checkout of the Henley Royal Regatta Hospitality website (https://tickets-henleyregatta.priava.com/) for the Friday or Saturday of the Regatta at the Fawley Meadows Lounge:
- HRRFMF100
- HRRFMS100
(“Promotion Codes”)
- The Promotion Codes will reduce the Package price by £100 (GBP) per person when used at the checkout
- STH will not accept Promotion Codes that do not conform with the provisions of these terms and conditions.
- Promotion Codes will only be redeemable while stocks last. Once the Fawley Meadows Lounge Packages for the relevant date are sold out, the Promotion Codes will no longer be redeemable.
- After 1 July 2025 Promotion Codes will no longer be valid.
Limitation of Liability
- Insofar as is permitted by law, STH, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the User or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of using the Promotion Code except where it is caused by the negligence of STH, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Users’ statutory rights are not affected.
- STH will not be liable for any loss arising from or in relation to the Promotion, including any disruption to or cancellation of any aspect(s) or element(s) of the Package.
- If the Promotion, or any part of it, is not capable of running or being completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to reasons of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of STH, STH reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion without liability.
User’s Personal Data
- Any personal data relating to any individual which is received by STH in relation to the Promotion will be used in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and STH’s Privacy Policy which can be found here.
General
- STH reserves the right to disqualify any User from using the Promotion Codes if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these terms and conditions.
- STH reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
- The User agrees to be bound by and adhere to the package terms and conditions for their STH Package.
- These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual obligations or dispute arising out of or in connection with them) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- All Users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to any dispute or claims arising out of, or in connection with, these terms and conditions or relating to the Promotion.
