World Baseball Classic / MLB Ballpark App — REQUIRED

The MLB Ballpark App is the official World Baseball Classic ticketing platform and is required for ballpark entry. If you have not downloaded the app yet, please download it from the link below.

Everyone must download the app in advance, as it will be used to: 

• Access and manage your World Baseball Classic tickets to enter the ballpark on game day 
• To check in at the correct hospitality spaces (if applicable)
• To redeem credit (if applicable) 
• Obtain access to experiences (if applicable)
   

When prompted to create or log into your account, be sure to use the same email address used to purchase your tickets.

Gates at Daikin Park will open 2 hours prior to first pitch for all games.
Please note that access timings may vary depending on your purchased product. Be sure to review your product-specific itinerary to ensure you don’t miss any inclusions.

Daikin Park is located in a busy downtown area, and traffic congestion is expected on game days. We strongly recommend arriving early to avoid delays and to fully enjoy the pregame atmosphere and hospitality experience.

Parking passes can be purchased directly through the venue unless included within your product.
All parking transactions are handled directly between the purchaser and the venue. STH Group is unable to assist with securing parking passes.

For safety and convenience, Daikin Park enforces a strict clear bag policy with security screening prior to entry. We recommend bringing only small, clear bags or clutches to expedite entry. There will be no cloakroom services available.

Once inside head directly straight and walks towards centerfield. You will see your entrance for Batters eye view in the same area as the Budweiser Brew House.

• 2 hours prior to first pitch – Entrance and Gallagher Club opens 
• 2 hours prior to first pitch – All-inclusive catering and open bar (liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic) service starts inside Gallagher Club. Wristband will be provided at the Gallagher Club entrance to indicate your inclusions within the Club.
• Gates open – Experience Zone activation opens 
• First pitch – Game start  
• 7th inning– Food service ends
• Game end –Bar service ends, Ballpark closes

Please note your seating is not located within the lounge. Your seating will be located in Section 118-119 behind the home plate. 

It is expected on the day that the concourse will be busy. We recommend leaving the lounge 15-30 minutes prior to the first pitch time to arrive at your seat before the game starts after enjoying the hospitality. Guests are free to return to Gallagher Club during the game at any point if they wish to do so.

How to Access the Experience Zone 

The Experience Zone is located one level below Gallagher Club (Level 3) at The Jackie Robinson 42 Club within the Honda Club Level. Guests are advised to either take the elevator or staircase from the Gallagher Club for access.

Experience Zone will be operational from gates open till end of game, except for the following three games: 

• March 7, 12:00 PM – Brazil vs Italy 
• March 8, 12:00 PM – Great Britain vs Italy 
• March 9, 12:00 PM – Brazil vs Great Britain

How to Use your Credit 

Your $100 F&B credit is accessible through your MLB Ballpark app by navigating to the Astros Wallet.
Please follow these steps.  

1. Open MLB Ballpark app 
2. Tap on “Teams” and select Houston Astros 
3. Select Astros Wallet 
4. Venue credit will be found here on game day. 

Your QR code is your credit and is valid at all concessions within the ballpark at any point during your game attendance. At the time of purchase, please present your QR code at the register where the relevant value will be deducted from your credit. 

The residual value of the QR code will be displayed within your Astros wallet. 

If the purchase amount exceeds the credit value on the ticket, you are able to use all remaining credit amount and supplement the outstanding value through your preferred method of payment. 

How to Use your Merchandise Store Special Access Experience 

When entering from the Atrium entrance, you will be provided with a wristband to indicate that you have the merchandise store special access. 

Merchandise store special access will be a priority lane situated at the main Astros merchandise store located adjacent to the Atrium entrance. If you wish to use the priority lane, please present your wristband to the merchandise store staff. 

How to Access the Experience Zone
