TICKET PURCHASING FAQs
How many packages can I purchase per transaction?
You can purchase up to 20 packages per game. In case you would like to purchase more than 20 packages, please reach out to our sales team via email: worldbaseballclassicexperiences@sthgroup.us
What is included in a Hospitality or Travel package?
We have number of packages available across Daikin Park and loanDepot park ranging from exclusive spaces to in seat service offerings. Please explore the options we have available through our pages at the menu above.
Are there children’s tickets available?
No, there are no discounted minors tickets available. Children under the age of 18 are expected to be accompanied by an adult and require their own ticket.
Do babies in arms need a ticket?
Babies in arms who are aged two and under (Daikin Park) and three and under (loanDepot park) as of the date of the Game Day may enter the ballpark without a ticket, provided they do not occupy a seat and are accompanied at all times by an adult aged 18 or older with a valid ticket.
Can you guarantee that the seats I’m allocated will all be together?
Tickets purchased in a single transaction in real-time sale will all be seated together given area allowance. If you make more than one transaction for the same game, we cannot guarantee that all seats will be together.
Where can I find my order information after I complete my purchse?
You can find your order information in your World Baseball Classic Experiences Ticketing Portal. You can log into your portal at the “Account” link on the top menu.
Will I be able to select my exact seats?
Your purchase will be for tickets in a specific ticket category and area. The seat maps for all 2026 World Baseball Classic™ venues can be found on individual package pages. Your specified seats will be emailed to your purchasing email closer to the event.
Is wheelchair accessible seating available at each venue?
All 2026 World Baseball Classic venues have wheelchair bay seating that is subject to availability.

Are Service Animals permitted?
Certified service animals for guests with disabilities are welcome in all hospitality areas as long as the animal is not a danger to others and it does not interfere through unwanted attention, barking, inappropriate toileting, etc. Emotional support animals who are not service animals and are not protected under ADA law and will not be permitted access to loanDepot park and Daikin Park™ .
ACCOUNT FAQs
How do I create an account?
On our ticketing website, select the ‘Register’ button located on the top right. Follow the on-screen instructions to provide your email address, password, and other required information to create your account.
How do I update my account information?
Log in to your account and navigate to the Account Settings, Profile and Payment Methods section to update your contact information, billing address, and personal details.
Can I change my email address?
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, please submit a request via the guest services email at guestservices@sthgroup.us to update your details. Please note that you can only use your email address once, so you will not be able to change your email address to one that is linked to another account.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account by logging into your World Baseball Classic Experiences account, navigating to the account settings section, and clicking the “Remove My Account” button.
TICKET DISTRIBUTION FAQS
When will I find out my exact seat location?
Your exact seat locations will be confirmed closer to the beginning of the event. The exact location of your seat will be displayed on your tickets within the Ticketing App.
How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be available closer to the tournament. Customers will have to download the Ticketing app and connect their MLB account or create a new account to receive their tickets.
I have purchased tickets but can no longer attend the game. Can I get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final. Please read our 2026 World Baseball Classic Ticket Terms and Conditions for further information.
I have purchased tickets to the wrong game. Can I obtain a refund/swap my tickets?
Tickets cannot be refunded in this situation. If you would like to try to transfer your ticket to the intended game, please reach out to guestservices@sthgroup.us and we will assist you.
TRAVEL FAQS
Do Travel Packages include transport to the hotel and competition venue?
Transport to/from all hotels and venues is the responsibility of each attendee.
Do infants or small children need a separate Travel Package?
Children under the age of 2 at the time of stay do not need their own package. The price per person remains the same regardless of age. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
They can’t find my booking at my hotel, what should I do?
Your booking should be under the name given on your order. Contact us at guestservices@sthgroup.us if you are still having difficulties.
Is it possible to extend my hotel stay?
We do not accept changes to the Travel Package inclusions. If you would like to extend your stay, please contact us at guestservices@sthgroup.us and we will assist based on room availability.
Can you provide proof of purchase to support travel visa requirements?
Upon completion of your purchase online, you will receive a purchase invoice that will include your Travel Package dates and inclusions which you can use to support your travel visa application. Purchase of this Travel Package does not guarantee you will be accepted for your visa application. We recommend consulting your nearest visa application office if you have any questions concerning your visa needs.
