Background

In 2012 All Blacks Tours was exclusively appointed by New Zealand Rugby to manage All Blacks supporters travel.

The All Blacks are New Zealand’s national team and the most successful international men’s rugby side of all-time with a winning percentage of 77.41% over 580 Tests from 1903 to 2019.

The All Blacks are regarded as one of most prolific teams across any sport.

The All Blacks are the first rugby team to win 500 Test matches and have three Rugby World Cups to their name, winning the title in 2011 and 2015, adding to the inaugural Cup they claimed in 1987.

They have also won 10 of the 16 Tri-Nations trophies, six of the seven Rugby Championships contested, and have most recently have held the Bledisloe Cup for 17 years from 2003 to 2019.

All Blacks Tours is a dedicated travel company exclusively appointed by the New Zealand Rugby Union to manage official All Blacks supporters travel.

All Blacks Tours has always offered fans a range of top-quality supporter tour options for all All Blacks annual events and international fixtures.

Our packages have included the Rugby World Cup 2015 and 2019, the DHL New Zealand Lions Series 2017 as well as the annual Steinlager Series, the Investec Rugby Championship, Bledisloe Cup and End of Year Tour.

The combination of All Blacks Tours, Air New Zealand and the New Zealand Rugby Union will provide a seamless travel experience to All Blacks fans by combining the strengths of each partner.

Results

Since Partnering with New Zealand Rugby in 2012 All Blacks tours has taken 25,000 happy customers on 84 regular season tours to 14 different countries stopping off in 35 different cities.

This has included two Rugby World Cups, the 2017 Lions tour and two Seven’s World Cups with the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan being the biggest and most successful yet.

In 2016, All Blacks Tours was exclusively appointed as the Official Travel Agent for Rugby World Cup Japan 2019 in New Zealand.

All Blacks Tours took 4,000 customers to Japan to experience the trip of a lifetime

  • 3,876 travel packages, equating to 13,041 tickets – selling 104% of our ticket allocation.
  • 34 hotels across Japan were contracted and 12,332 room nights booked by All Blacks Tours.
  • 651 flights were booked for customers and 40 individual coaches were organised just for the Final.

Since Working with New Zealand Rugby in 2012, All Blacks Tours have consistently exceeded our annual revenue forecast by an average of 30%.
